Brad Mistina had already built an established real estate and property management business before joining PMI. But despite nearly three decades in business, his model came with a major challenge: too much dependence on a small number of large clients. When one of those clients decided to bring management in-house, Brad could lose hundreds of properties at once.
At the same time, the back-office side of growth was becoming a constant frustration. Marketing, websites, SEO, and vendor management were pulling his attention away from the part of the business he did best: selling, leading, and growing.
That changed when he joined PMI.
Brad found the systems, marketing support, and infrastructure he had been missing, which allowed him to spend less time battling operational headaches and more time focusing on expansion. Beyond solving those immediate pain points, PMI also introduced new revenue opportunities through additional service pillars and programs he had not previously explored.
Brad launched with about 80 units. Today, PMI NWI has grown to roughly 700+ units, and the business has expanded from around $250,000–$300,000 in revenue to nearly $5 million combined. His story is a strong example of how established owners can use PMI to reduce risk, unlock new revenue streams, and build a more scalable company.
